Meet the Creator
Hey Phemales! My name is Becca and I am the creator of 'Phemales of Philly'. I am currently a senior at Saint Joseph's University majoring in Communication Studies. I grew up in the Philadelphia area and was lucky enough to be born into a Philly sports family, IYKYK. I was raised on sporadic Phillie's games and dressing in my midnight green Sunday best.
As I grew older, I continued following my favorite teams loud and proud but often found myself lost within the crowd of 'bro culture'. This led me to where you find yourself right now, a much needed platform for women to come together as a community within Philadelphia sports culture.
